Can I lose the Active Bulk Order status?

- Yes, if you do not place 3 orders in 2 consecutive months.

What does collective order end mean?

If you select this shipping method, we will close your bulk order and ship as soon as your goods are complete. The collective order will be cancelled.

If you select this shipping method, we will send the goods that are already in your collective order, shipping costs may apply. The collective order remains.

Why are the delivery times inaccurate?
