Collective orders (SB)

We offer the option of carrying out collective orders (SB).

 

  1. What is a collective order?

    We offer our customers the option of collective ordering. Orders are bundled and then, sent at the customer's request. You only have to pay a fee of €0.50 per collective order.

  1. Types of Bulk order and Shipping costs:

 

  • Passive collective order:
  • There is a fee of €0.50 per collective order
  • no free shipping on collector coins
  • no free shipping at Bullion

 

  • Active collective order:
  • There is a fee of €0.50 per collective order
  • free shipping for collector coins over €500 (Germany)
  • free shipping from 1000€ bullion (throughout Germany)

 

  1. Dispatch of a collective order

If you would like your collective order to be shipped, please select Collective order end or Collective order partial delivery at checkout. We will then charge you for shipping depending on the status of your collective order.

 

 


Expiry of the collective order?


To use the collective order, click on the collective order/beginning selection within the order when shipping.

If you have placed your last order for collective delivery, enter the subject "Collective order end" in the order note within the order. We will then calculate the shipping and send you a separate invoice. The ordered goods are stored insured in our safe.

 

 

How do I get the status Active bulk order?

-If you place more than 3 orders in 2 consecutive months.

- e.g.                    Customer XYZ buys 2x1 Oz Maple Leaf in the SB

in March

                               In April he buys 1 Oz Lunar Tiger in the SB

                               In April he buys 2 Oz Noah's Ark in the SB

                Conclusion: Customer XYZ is in an active collective order during this time.

 

Can I lose the status Active bulk order ?

- Yes, if you do not place 3 orders in 2 consecutive months.

- e.g.                      Customer XYZ buys 2x 1 Oz Maple Leaf in the SB

in March

                               In May he buys 1Oz Lunar Tiger in the SB

                               in July he buys 2 Oz Noah's Ark in the SB

                Conclusion: Customer XYZ is in a passive collective order.
